Theme for the Year - Build it Bigger!!!!!
In order to move into our unit goal this year we are going to need to Build It Bigger! We have many outstanding team members and this year as a team we will focus on harnessing ourselves to become better than imaginable! Therefore I am implementing this HUGE challenge in the hopes that you may be able to see a BIGGER picture and create new realities for yourself.

The challenge to assist in the creation of this incredible goal is me personally interviewing 100 of your newly facialed customers that you develop over the next 6 months!!!! Once this mission is accomplished between July 1, 2009 and December 31, 2009, we will have a $1000 drawing!!  $500 will go to the winning consultant and $500 will go to her potential recruit!!!!!

I am so excited to be tired every night from all the interviewing
that must take place!!!!

Your responsibility is to feed me names and #'s so that I can personally interview 100 of your potential team members!!!!

Rules
- Both your name and your candidate's name go in the drawing after I have interviewed your candidate
- There will be one winner and his/her candidate.
- I MUST have done 100 interviews for members of this unit by December 31, 2009 to hold the drawing.
- My personal interviews do not count
- Your name may be entered one time for each of your candidates that I interview
- Your candidates MUST have had a facial or be a
MK customer of yours
