1. Send some sort of communication out (via text, email, FB, etc) to your customers, saying good bye to 2018. You could do a special...(18% off OR everyone that places an order by noon on the 31st goes in a drawing & one customer gets their order half price)...The idea is to Thank them for being such a great customer and to see what they are running low on...that way you'll know exactly what to order before Dec 31 (midnight).

2. Take a good inventory simply put your product on an on-line order form and it will total it for you. This also will help you know what you have and can place your order Dec. 31 so you are sure to have Winter Colors and Skin Care available for your January Appointments!

3. Call your customers, offering New Year New You Makeovers, and anyone who books by the 15th will receive a special gift or discount (you decide)

4. Take time to write out what you would like to different in 2019 with your Business Where is one area you would like to grow?

5. Take time to write your GOALS. Place pictures next to your goals and dates. Keep it in front of you at all times as a visual!

1. Attend all functions: Weekly meeting is a MUST, by attending you show support for your Director and Sister Consultants, Plus a guest is bound to be more impressed when she sees a full room of people
excited about there business.

2. Have a Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly Goal: This is important in all aspects of life, health, wealth, family, business, spiritual, and social. Where do you want your business in 1 month (on-target star consultant, 3 new people, 5 appointments each week?)

3. Say Daily Affirmations: Every Day, in Every way I get better and better. Everyone I meet is a prospect for my products or services. I am healthy, I am happy, I am enthusiastic!

4. Have goal posters in your office, car, on your mirror, work, etc. reminding you of your goals. Don't forget to put one on the refrigerator

5. Evaluate your appearance: Which areas would you like to improve? Start walking, exercise, Get a new hairstyle, try a new hair color, Start paying attention to your wardrobe. Dress professional more often, and let your make-up reflect your career.

6. Organize your family: Make them realize you are serious about this career. You can do this by disciplining yourself. Be willing to give up a TV Show to service your customers and book classes (Why not tape it & watch it after prime phone time) Talk with your family about your goals for the family-Like Vacations paid by Mary Kay $$$.

7. Complete your weekly accomplishment sheets & submit them to your Director: Write your goals in pencil an when you finish them, fill them in with pen. Determine how much you earn from your classes, reorders, facials so you know when you are improving

8. Read Career Essentials Listen to training tapes, cd's, Voicecom, education, motivation constantly. Take That Mental B.A.T.H. Daily!


9. Organize your office: It is simple. Use shoeboxes, Boulevard, hanging files, manila envelopes, Use voice mail or an answering machine. Make the message short , sweet, and businesslike.

10. Go To Work: Talk to people daily. Practice, Practice, Practice. It will become simpler. Hand out business cards. Put them with bills, give them to a cashier, Hand out samples and books make sure everything has your name, ph# and website! Always get referrals and prospective customers. remember to Smile :) It's contagious and a great warm chatter tool. People like to be around, positive, happy people. Attitude is 98% of your business. Mary Kay always said, "You can do all things right with a wrong attitude and fail, but with the right attitude you can do things wrong and succeed".

10 Ways to Get Unstuck!

1. Stop thinking you are fragile. Test your abilities. The more you assert control over your career, the stronger you will become!

2. Eliminate "wish", "hope", and "maybe" from your vocabulary. Instead of saying, "I hope things get better", try saying, "I will make things better". Make a decision, and then make it happen.

3. Stop worrying about the obstacles. The best antidote for anxiety is action! Stop worrying about how you are going to solve everything, and just take the first step. If you are looking for solutions instead of bemoaning the problem, the solutions will present themselves to you as you go.

4. Do away with ambivalence. Are you doing what you want with your career? If not, then do something about it. You are not a victim. . . take a stand for what you believe in and be willing to risk a little.

5. Choose a dream and start making it a reality. Once you start achieving small steps towards your goals, you'll feel like a winner and act like a winner. Don't try to eat the whole elephant in one giant gulp, but don't sit there and just stare at it either. Get going and take the first tiny bite.

6. Wing it sometimes! You don't always have to have a complete plan and "know everything" to begin. Follow your intuition sometimes. Play a hunch. Trust your instincts, and you'll find that the little inner voice becomes easier and easier to hear.

7. Stop procrastinating. Putting off things is a habit that can be changed. Use your 6 most important things list every day. Take joy in crossing off the things you've accomplished. Items that remain become tomorrow's list.

8. Let go of old labels you've used to describe yourself. Stop making excuses for why you haven't succeeded. Try some new positive affirmation. Up until today, you were what you were. From now on you can choose to be the same, or you can choose to change.

9. Conquer your fear of failure. This is nothing more than worrying about what other people think of you. Who cares? Do it for you. If you feel good about it, what does it matter what others think?

10. Learn to cope with fatigue. Your energy level is directly related to your attitude and your finances. You aren't tired, you're broke! Learn discipline in your business, and master balances in your life. Mary Kay is supposed to be fun, but success requires hard work. When you work, work hard. When you play, play fun. Where ever you are, be there.
