Right Way:
Hi Diane, this is Pat Ringnalda...
Please use your full name.  If I check my messages from a remote location with background noise, it is possible I may not recognize your voice.
... and I need to know if the new Microdermabrasion product is safe for sensitive skin ...
Please explain the reason for your call and/or question.  If you leave an explanation of your question, I can research the answer before returning your call.
... I am at work at 999-9999 until 3 or you can call my home phone at 777-7777 and leave me a message ...
Please leave your phone number(s) and the best time to reach you.  From a remote location, I do not necessarily have easy access to phone numbers.
