Registration Fee:

• $195 received in Special Events by June 16, 2014
• $225 received in Special Events from June 17 July 1, 2014
• $250 on-site, space permitting (except for new Independent Beauty Consultant Agreements accepted by the Company in July and August)

Cancellations for a full refund, Transfers and Special Needs requests deadline is June 23, 2014
No refunds after midnight CT June 23, 2014 (no exceptions, including requests received with doctors notes regarding medical emergencies) Independent Sales Directors, if you paid by Commissions, you must call Special Events by 5 p.m. CT June 23, 2014, to cancel. Any requests submitted by mail must be received in the Special Events office by 5 p.m. on June 23, 2014.
