Correct Change

If you are transferring or purchasing a registration on-site (space permitting), you may pay by credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover or AMEX), or by a cashier's check or money order for the exact fee amount only. The transfer fee is $50. Special Events Registration will not accept cash or personalchecks.

Important Information

  • Registrations hand-carried, faxed or emailed to the U.S. Company headquarters or branches will not beaccepted.
  • A registration not accompanied by the correct fee will be returned. One attempt will be made to notify the registrant by phone if there is a problem with the registration or a declined MasterCard, Visa, Discover or AMEXcharge.
  • The Company is not responsible for registrations lost in themail.
  • There will be no priorityregistration.

Transfers

  • Career Conference registrations are transferable with a $50 processing fee. This fee applies to transfers from one registrant to another. Spouse registrations can only be transferred to another spouse. All transfers must be received in writing by Feb.24, accompanied by the completed transfer form andfee.
  • Check the Mary Kay InTouch website for your registration status.
  • City-to-city (space permitting) and person-to-person transfers will be processed on-site with a $50 processing fee. The recipient of a transferred registration is responsible for paying the $95 registration fee to the IBC or ISD who originallyregistered.

Transfers received after Feb.24 will not be processed. Telephone and email transfers will not beaccepted.

Deadlines

  • All online, phone and mail registrations must be received in Special Events Registration by Feb.29,2016.
  • On-site registrants will not attend special functions or receive on-site recognition, special needs accommodations and/or Spanish interpretation.
  • All registration deadlines are based on Central time. Registrations received after the deadline will be returned.
  • The Company is not responsible for registrations and fees returned or lost in the mail.
  • Teacher registration deadline is midnight Central time on Feb. 5, 2016.
  • Deadline to qualify for a registration refund is Feb.24,2016. Special Events will not automatically cancel your registration if you do not attend. For more information, please see the Transfer/Cancellationform.

Cancellations

For a refund, U.S. registrants' cancellations must be received by the Company in Special Events Registration by Feb.24,2016, as listed below and submitted by any of the followingmethods:

  • Phone: call Special Events Registration by 5 p.m. Central timeat:
    • IBCs: 800-272-9333, press 1 for English or 2 for Spanish, then 6, then1
    • ISDs: 800-545-4347, press 1 for English or 2 for Spanish, then 6, then1
  • Online: from Mary Kay InTouch, after logging in, click on the "Change/Cancel" button by midnight Central time on Feb.24,2016.
  • Mail Cancellation Form: to Special Events Registration at the address below to be received by
    5 p.m. Central time on Feb.24,2016. The Company is not responsible for cancellations lost in the mail.Special Events Registration

Please Note:

  • Cancellations attempted by email will not beaccepted.
  • At the time of cancellation, credit will be refunded to the credit card used whenregistering.
  • The cancellation of your event registration does not automatically cancel your hotel reservation.

Spanish Interpretation (specific to CC 2016)

There are 7 locations that have been selected to have Spanish interpretation for Career Conference 2016. Any city not marked as "Spanish Interpretation provided" will be English only (unless enough registrants request a headset). Interpretation will be provided to other locations if 150 or more IBCs have registered and requested Spanish headsets by Feb.29,2016. If fewer than 150 requests are received, Spanish interpretation will not beprovided.

Headsets will be reserved for those who request them by Feb.29,2016, and then any remaining headsets will be distributed on a first-come, first-servedbasis.

Wheelchairs

  • If you require the use of a wheelchair or scooter during Career Conference, please plan to make arrangements (including the pickup/delivery and/or return) in advance with a local provider.
  • Please be aware: Contracted agreements and associated fees are arranged between you and the provider. Advance arrangements should be made as there will not be a provider on-site at any of the Career Conference locations.
