Q AND A AT APPOINTMENTS

 appointments (also THIS CAN BE USED DURING CASUAL CONVERSATIONS AS WELL). 

HERES  SIMPLE STEP BY STEP IDEAS FOR USING Q and A

  1. Write down each guests name and leave 5 blank lines below it and write next name and five blank lines etc.
  2. During Q and A time, say How would you like to receive a (lip/eye color etc) at price today?.
  3. Say A lot of women have questions about what being a Mary Kay Consultant, and Id like to know what yours are! So, right now we are going to take 5 minutes and have Q and A TIME. When you ask me 5 questions about being a MK Consultant, youll receive a (lip/eye etc) at price during our 1 on 1 time after were finished here at the table, ok? Who wants to ask the first question?
  4. Write down the question in your notebook under the guests name and respond. 
  5. Begin response with Thats a good/great/interesting/thoughtful etc question.
  6. Direct your answers to areas of our Career that you want to cover and how you want to cover it ie;

      If the question is How much money do you make in Mary Kay, you might want to respond by sharing how many       hours you work on average and what your per hr income is.  OR you might want to expand and explain there are       several ways MK Cons earn money and briefly mention a. Parties/1-1 appointment b. Reorders c. Team Building d.    Cars f. Leadership positions.all without giving out our income percentages.  AND you can always say that        we have the highest profit level of ANY sales organization in the US!

      YOU WILL BE AMAZED by womens interest level about our CAREER!

  1. At the Individual Close at the end of your Party, after you have closed the sale and booked her own Party, say During our Q and A time,  of all the information we shared, what surprised you the most?.  Listen carefully to her response.  THIS WILL GIVE YOU VALUABLE INSIGHT INTO WHAT HER HOT BUTTON IS.

8.   Then say You know, I wouldnt feel like Ive done my job until Ive given you all the information about       what MK has to offer.  How about this.Id like to treat you to coffee and dessert and spend about           15 minutes       sharing some additional information w/ you.  When would be a good time tomorrow?????  SET THE       TIME AND PLACE RIGHT THEN!!
