* After receiving the download file, DOUBLE CLICK the file and it will then load on your PC .

Viewing A File  
To open a PDF file just DOUBLE CLICK on it and will open for you to read automatically!   (The PDF program runs in the background and is ready to open pdf's).  If a file is large and your connection is slow, files may take a few minutes to open.  Clicking on the file again will only start the process from the beginning again, so be patient:-)
