| "Tricks of the Trade" in December |
| Don't get mixed up in your head and think that skin care classes don't happen in December!! They do! But sometimes they are "disguised!" In December, a skin care class might be called a "Holiday Makeover and wanna invite a couple of friends while you're at it?" Or it could be called a "Shopping Coffee," or "Gift Gala," or a "Christmas Trunk Show," or "High Tea," or "Wanna sell to your co-workers and get some stuff free for yourself?" etc. etc. etc. Get creative, but get in front of the people! Why push yourself in December when it would be easier to settle in to something else? 1) you need Christmas money 2) you need recruits 3) you want more customers 4) you want to earn your car 5) you need inventory or have too much inventory 6) you have debt to pay ........... do any of these apply to you, or do you need to fill in the blank _________________________________________ with your own?? Let's talk STAR consultant for a moment ... the trick on that is to translate $$ into number of people to sell to. The amount you have left to order to finish STAR by Dec. 15 can look impossible, until you figure how many people to sell to. Example: have in $400, need $1400 more. Divide by $30 per person, and all you need to do is sell to 46 people. Maybe your average will be higher than $30, especially if you sell to men. At $60 per person, you need only to sell to 23 people. Doesn't that sound easier, more possible, than focusing on the $1400???? Go for the PEOPLE!
