Wow, one of my favorite days ever...ends a month, begins a new year! What does life have in store for you? I don't know, but I do know that God has a specific calling and a specific plan! I urge you to go before Him in prayer and petition for direction as you set your Goals, Focus, plans for the days and months ahead!
I invite each of my Unit DIQ's and women who additionally have the goal set to become directors before Seminar arrives to look at the questions below, answer them, and get back to your Director via email or hotline with each specific answer. As I look to our our Area's leadership, I know that a solid work foundation must accompany the desire. I would invite Directors additionally to answer these questions as a guideline for understanding those who are or are not following in your units. One of Dr. Maxwell's principles for Success is the Law that states we cannot take people on a journey we have not been or are not taking ourselves! Today, let's deal in reality! Let's make resolutions that will evoke real and positive change!
I made a voice tel message today to my unit and will be looking for live calls Jan. 1-2 in response to that message. I am so ready to run with women who are running towards the finish line of a victory! Let's play full out in the game, not 'holding' back for a better time, a better year, a safer season! This is the game, and I am padded up! Who is going with me?
Checklist:
_____Do I weekly attend MEETING with guests? Would my Director, Adopted Director call me reliable?
_____Do I take a copy of my Weekly Accountability Sheet to meeting and fax one to "MY" director (if that differs)
_____Am I in VOICE TEL [Unit Net - Hot Line] daily (invested max. 30 minutes).
_____Am I on the date book---putting the product on min. 8-10 NEW FACES weekly?
_____Am I selling min. $600 new RETAIL weekly?
_____Am I investing min. 50% of my retail sales into a WHOLESALE ORDER monthly and shining as a STAR consult?
_____Am I interviewing 4-6 personal Prospects weekly?
_____ Am I interviewing for STARS not just 'hobby/personal use' consultants?
_____Do I email your director's office immediately with new information for a welcome packet to be sent???
_____Do I respond to email within 24 hours?
_____Do I have clear TEAM GOALS--Recruiting growth and min. $10,000 Team wholesale production goals?
_____Am I working with a Focus Folder? (at least a WEEKLY Plan sheet and DAILY 6 most important Things 'to do' list prepared before I go to bed)
_____Am I working on accomplishing POWER DAYS...and committing to the 90-day-cycle of Excellence? Am I tracking these?
_____Am I accountable to my Director?
_____What are my strongest skills?
_____What skills do I need to master?
_____What tapes am I listening to? What books am I reading?
_____What is my attitude---on a scale from 1-10, 1 being FABULOUS and 10 'it stinks', what would others say about me? AM I an energy giver, a magnet, or a drainer? (make yourself a 'normal' sounding voice tel message and you will probably know)
_____What is the ONE habit you are ready to change?
_____Do you have a Unit Name, Unit Song, Cliche', Personal Affirmation? What is each? (Cliche' ex.: 'Florida's first Million $ unit'). YOU need one of each!!!
_____Why would someone give you the leadership role over their Career Direction based on your devotion, work ethic, and success habits?
IF you can answer these questions positively, you are on your way! IF you struggle or don't know the answers or meaning to some of these questions, I urge you to call YOUR DIRECTOR Immediately!!!!! The year ahead can be a powerful one for you, but if you don't get ON PURPOSE with your behavior, another 6 mos. will pass, and there you will be AGAIN... waiting, wondering! What a great time to STEP UP! I believe in you! We are creating an INNER CIRCLE AREA of winners, making dreams come true, making goals a reality.
