Index card #1:  Hostess Coaching Key Points

  1. Reconfirm who is coming, any late additions.  Smile, say, great! Call a neighbor if you need a quick extra person to fill the table.
  2. Remind her to sit, be a princess, be pampered. Wait to serve refreshments.
  3. If she is already a customer,  feel free to tell everyone how great the products are.
  4. Ask, whos coming tonight who would be a great hostess just like you?  Encourage your friends to be a Mary Kay Hostess!
  5. Whos coming tonight that you believe might be great at teaching skin care for our Company?  Have you ever considered it for yourself?  Expect a no, smile, watch me tonight.  Thank her again for being a great hostess.
  6. Demo satin handsor teach hostess to do it.
  7. Fill outside orders.
  8. Begin greeting guests and matching foundation.
  9. On-time drawing.  Begin on time.
  10. Smile. Have fun. Be a blessing!
