Maximize the Mascara Experience

We have had rave reviews from the press and from our consumer testing on MK Signature mascaras! You may have found, however, that some of your customers need a bit of education in order to get the maximum benefit from their Mary Kay mascara experience.

You may want to talk with your customers about how other eye products may affect the performance of the mascara. Even though compatibility testing was done with all of the MK Signature mascara formulas with TimeWise Age-Fighting Eye Cream and TimeWise Firming Eye Cream, if your customer is not applying the product correctly, she may not get the best performance from her MK Signature mascara.

If your customer is an eye cream user, youll want to point out that she should let the product fully absorb before applying other eye products, like mascara. If too much eye cream is applied or if it hasnt been allowed to fully absorb, then it is possible her mascara will smudge. Also, she will want to apply her eye products, let them fully absorb, apply her concealer and/or foundation with MK Signature Loose Powder and then apply mascara.

Let the Package Do the Work!

You may want to let customers know that there is no need to pump the mascara brush in and out of the bottle or swirl it around. Youll want to be sure to help your customer pick the correct mascara for her.
