Is there anyway to get it back to MK other than go through this "consultant"?
A friend of mine ordered some MK from a girl she goes to school with.  She wanted the miracle set and what she got was the old cleanser, freshner, mask and moisturizer.  She said the boxes looked pretty old too.  When she called the "consultant" she got hostile with her and told her she ordered what my friend had asked her to.  Is there anyway to get it back to MK other than go through this "consultant"?  She said she goes to school with her and doesn't want to cause trouble.  I thought about just changing it out for her, but thought I would get your input.

Thanks for asking because it forced me to look it up, too!  You'll have to decide what option you want to suggest or give the choice to her.  It's too bad she has had this experience.  Makes me sad, that people get the idea, Mary Kay Consultants are this way.  Makes me realize that how I treat people is a reflection of ALL of us!  Do you know the name of the Director for this other Consultant?  I'd be happy to talk to her about it.  Maybe the Consultant just needs someone to explain things to her.  I'd like to give her the benefit of the doubt.  But either way it's not a good idea for her to go on treating customers this way.
