Mary Kay is all about being able to GIVE BACK.to mentor, teach, equip.

June is all about BEATING YOUR PERSONAL BEST!!!     If one person can do it, it can be repeated!

#1 thing in our business is Positive Attitude.90% of what will make/break you will be determined by daily attitude.  YOU are the only person that can control it. I cannot tolerate whining or "stinking thinking" ..Only YOU can determine what it's going to be.it's an "inside job".must take personal responsibility..Our attitude toward people/ toward our circumstances and
what happens to us.

Example:   Driving down highway & someone cuts in front of you and just narrowly misses being in accident. How do you handle it???   Do you talk about it for the next 2 hrs, or next days???   Does it occupy your thoughts on a constant basis ...or..do you feel so blessed that an accident/narrow miss saved you from the worst case?   Do you suppose the person that cuts you off is concerned?   No way...never thought another thing about it..

MKclasses cancel...do you 'cop an attitude' and whine and have a pity party or...do you say.."Wow!   that's unfortunate!   But gives me 2 hrs. to meet new people/coach my classes for rest of week, set up an interview..

This is a PEOPLE business..we are always going to have postponements/cancellations..

Reasons for Postponements/Cancellations:
1.  We didn't do the work to get the guest list..It's MY responsibility . not the hostesses!!!   When you get the guest list.YOU mail the invitations.you will KNOW they are handled.then you can contact them 2-3 days later to pre-profile. Get that guest list/Mail invitations/Pre-profile.otherwise you leave lots of $$$ on table! Verbiage for getting guest list:   "I need to contact each person to custo! mize the products for her needs.would I be able to get your guest list tonight or tomorrow???    Get as many names on the list as can.can't just invite 5-6.need 12-15 for guarantee of having a great turnout.after all, I want to guarantee you get even MORE than you expect with your credit!!! (Pampered Chef gives the hostess 50 invitations.  why? Want 20 there!)

2. Work Mary Kay business during cancellations.nobody makes me angry/ Nobody makes me frustrated/ No body makes me discouraged...It's a personal choice.By our attitude..We must control 100% of it!

3. System to maintain P.A. Mental B.A.T.H.  (tool to discipline self daily) This is the key to separating the stars and rising stars from those who could but choose not to!!!  Personal Responsibility..Everything you need is in STARTER KIT!   Those audio tapes..Open them and listen to them.cannot learn it until you can say the words along with the speaker! Challenge:  Pull out those tapes, plug in and listen every single day all week long!! Remember, we each "OWN our OWN business.it's up to me.I am the President of my own company, and I must act like it. Kathy Goff.multi-million $ director..her first year in business, she NEVER met her director in person or another director or MK person!   Yet, Kathy developed a successful business and was celebrated on the National Court of Sales!!!
B. = Booking..1 a day always ONE a DAY!   (if you know your schedule will not allow this every day.this is the ONE activity that you can work ahead on to cover your bases) Result in 30 days by doing this?   30 Bookings/

A.    = Affirmation 2 x day (out loud am/pm)begin your day/end your day with BELIEF in where you are growing to!
T. =  Tapes . daily.listen to constantly to re-program.control attitude/thoughts
H. =  Hello  . check in daily via email or Hot Line with your Director! Feed positive/associate with positive on a day to day basis!!! 

Be a "Solution oriented" person.our car is a university on wheels!!!   Lisa Madson NEVER warm chattered a single person!   She booked her first 12 classes, and booked and held 102 SCC her first year from those original 12!!! Begin TODAY for the next 30 days in row.you will have an EXPLOSION in your business. People who are disciplined and take personal responsibility for their MK business grow into top achievers/leaders..If we cannot discipline ourself,
we are not a leader.and others will discipline us! Wh en you do this simple B.A.T.H. activity for 30 days, you are telling me/showing me you are committing to become a future leader in this great company..What you DO tells us WHO you are!!!  Self-Disciple..this is YOUR business.either you have it, or you don't.If you are moving UP, you have it..If you are at the same position longer than 1 year.something is wrong with your self-discipline.it's a "LACK" you are showing. It's time for each of us to STRETCH.We must all play full out this month.can I count on you???   If each one does $600 w/s we are practically there..some will do more, but if none do less.we will achieve this momentous objective..It's early in the month..I am going to give you 2 strategies to get your business hot now.

1. $1000 day.decide the day or days this month..get the letter out, and work it! Tell everyone you are part of a BIG goal and you want to do your part in this.."Can I borrow your face". Gang, it is critical to work our business to build a business, not to pay bills..This is a multi million $ business in your Starter Kit.Begin your greatness today!   And offer it to others, you
