| 4 points Recruiting Plan |
1.) Ask the Hostess " who is coming tonight that would be good at doing what I do? How about you?
2.) Mentally select 1-2 women during the class that you think would be great. ( the sparkler, the one who loves the product, the customer who says she really could use some extra money, the sharp woman whom you know would have a fabulous circle of influence)
3.) Verbally tell 1-2 women at the class that you think they would be good ( and why they would be good) ..and set your goal to schedule an appointment with them to be held in the next 48 hours to explain the MK career marketing. "I have been watching you all night at the class.. and you just really stand out in a crowd. You are so fun to be around and are so good with the products. I think you would be wonderful at doing what I do. Is there any reason you wouldn't be willling to take 35 minutes to learn more about the MK career. It may or may not be for you.. but at least this way you willl really know..and I have a free give of a Full size lipstick of your choice just for listening."
4.) Offer $25 in free product during the class to anyone who recommends someone to you who becomes a MK beauty consultant and goes to work with her business ( This gets them giving you referrals.. and the going to work means " places an order to show that she is going to do something with this business) |
