Love, Marsha

Lingerie and undergarments that fit are comfortable, non-binding and look good under your clothes.

Bra Size Chart

Step 1: Find your band size
Standing in front of a mirror, wrap the tape measure snugly around your chest, just under or at the crease beneath your breasts and flush against your back. Check in the mirror to make sure the tape measure is parallel to the floor and flat across your back. You may need a friend or partner to help. Record this measurement in inches and write it down. Now youll need to do some basic math to find your proper band size.

If the number is even, add 4 to get your band size
If the number is odd, add 5 to get your band size

Example: If you wrote down 32, add 4 and your band size will be 36.

Step 2: Find your cup size
Now, standing in front of the mirror as before, wrap the tape measure around the fullest part of your breasts (at the nipple). The tape measure should be straight, parallel to the floor and flat across your back. Record this measurement in inches and write it down. Take this number and subtract your band size measurement from it. The difference will tell you what your cup size is, based on the following chart.

Example: If your Band measurement is 35, and your new measurement, from the fullest part of your breast is 38, the difference is 3, and your cup size is C.

Thats it! Your band size, along with the cup size determined from the chart is your new bra size. Based on the example above, if your band measurement was 38 and your cup measurement was 35 you would be a 38 C.

Panties

Avoid panty lines and uncomfortable riding up by finding your proper panty size! It only takes a couple of minutes and the results will ensure ultimate comfort. Remember, your panty size may differ from your pant size due to manufacturer differences.

Youll need to take 2 simple measurements: your waist and hips. Youll need a soft tape measure and a mirror to ensure the accuracy.

Step 1: Measure your waist

Wrap the tape measure snugly, but without cinching, around the natural indentation or break at your waist. If you cant find this curve, bend to the side and the crease will show you where to measure. This is your waist measurement. Write it down, youll need it in a moment.

Step 2: Measure your hips

Wrap the tape measure around the fullest part of your hips. Use the mirror to make sure the tape measure is straight completely around. The tape measure should be snug and parallel to the floor. Write this down as well.

Match your numbers to the chart to see your proper panty size.

Example: If your waist measured 28, and your hips measured 37, your panty size will be wither Medium or Size 6.

Shapewear
To measure properly for Shapewear, youll need 3 basic measurements: waist, hips and panty size. Shapewear varies in control levels, all the way from light control to extra firm control. Regardless of your control preference, youll need to find your proper size to get just the right fit. Shapewear that is properly sized, creates smooth lines and a more toned appearance under clothes of all types, so get a pencil and your soft measure to find the right size for you. You may want to stand in front of a mirror to make sure the tape measure stays straight.

Step 1: Measuring your waist
Wrap the tape measure snugly, but without cinching, around the natural indentation or break at your waist. If you cant find this curve, bend to the side and the crease will show you where to measure. This is your waist measurement. Write it down, youll need it in a moment.

Step 2: Measure your hips
Wrap the tape measure around the fullest part of your hips. Use the mirror to make sure the tape measure is straight completely around. The tape measure should be snug and parallel to the floor. Write this down as well.
