Let's Talk Stars!!

THIS will be a STAR STUDDED YEAR! And EVERYONE is going to SHINE as an ALL-STAR by being a STAR consistently EVERY QUARTER! EACH quarter you will be able to select another prize of your choice!

Trudy says "I remember as a consultant, feeling like $1,800 wholesale in a quarter was out of reach. I was lucky if I did $180 in a quarter!!! I so much wanted to be a star! I realized that what was going on here was my own minimal thinking! Afterall, we sell the best selling brand, the average class for new consultants is now in the $200-250 range, and we retain 85% of our customers!"
Here's how you can be a star to
1-Think Big. Believe you too can break through your own belief barriers. For those of you who have made being a star a lifestyle, it is time for you to stretch and go for Emerald and have multiple qualified recruits for the quarter!! Remember, if you shoot for small goals, you get small goals. You perform at the level you see yourself!
2-Pick your prize. What do you want to earn this quarter? What do you want to do with the $$ you earn? Now, make a mini goal poster, just on a sheet of paper and display this prominently in your home, say on the fridge.
3- Break down the activity level. You will need to do $300 weeks for Sapphire, $400 for ruby, $500 for diamond, and $600 for Emerald. I know each of you could do 1 class a week plus a facial or some reorders to ensure $300+! YES YOU CAN! Some may not like hearing this but hear this from my heart. If you are someone who is actively working your business, and you cannot achieve $300 weeks, you are living beneath your potential!! You are way to awesome not to be having $600-$1,000weeks!!! If your averages are low, let's work together to fix this! Is it your presentation? The close or the lack thereof? Failing to work one on one with each guest~being pleasantly direct with your customers and asking for the sale?
4- Work consistently toward your goal. We fail to reach star status by not having something on our books consistently. Let's work to make this a focus. Do not let the weekend come without having at least 1-2 bookings for next week! People don't plan to fail, they just fail to plan!
