Independent Exec. Sr. Director Nadine Bowers of Ottawa, IL says, Remember that Thanksgiving is a DAY, not a week! And, it can be one of the best weeks of your entire year! Nadine shares the following strategy to help make your Thanksgiving holiday an earnings feast! With a few additional suggestions thrown in!  By using the strategies below, you can make it happen for you and have some Christmas Cash to spend!   Here is a plan if you are staying in town and one if you are going out of town:

SUNDAY: You can fill out your weekly plan sheet and set your sales goal for the week. Plan telephone time, makeovers, deliveries, and Interviews. Dont forget to pan your grocery list, shopping time and cooking time as well. Make a list of friends and relatives you will see this week who may need your services.

MONDAY: Plan to attend your weekly SUCCESS Meeting! Be sure to soak up the enthusiasm and knowledge you will need to make this week GREAT! 
Why not treat several guests to the meeting (as models if possible). They'll enjoy the pampering during this busy week.

TUESDAY: Call 25 Customers for reorders. All they have to do is answer the phone to have their names placed in a drawing for a free gift or a great discount on their next order!

This is              with Mary Kay! I hope you have a quick minute. (Pause) The reason I'm calling tonight is because I'm having a Thanksgiving Day Lottery! And no, I'm not giving away a million dollars or a pink Cadillac - but if you place an order tonight, you can pick your lucky number between 1 and 25 and at the end of the night, I'm going to draw one lucky number and if it's your number you'll get your order absolutely free! Is there anything you'd like to order?" After she orders, have her select her lucky number - write it on her sales ticket and keep track of the numbers selected. WEDNESDAY: Make your deliveries! Be sure to take along a basket of extra products and samples of anything new. Give each Customer a sampler and watch your sales SOAR!

THURSDAY: Enjoy Thanksgiving Day with loved ones.

FRIDAY: This is traditionally the biggest shopping day of the year. You can choose to either shop or SELL! You can contact close friends and relatives who are in town for the holiday and offer a complimentary skin care class or makeover (or interview)!

SATURDAY: Youll want to check your inventory and get ready to place an order. Remember to order plenty for your upcoming holiday business and to replenish what youve just sold. Call in your order or for the last day to order online in November - Thursday (11/29). is last day for online orders from your director Friday 11/30.

Alternate Plan for Travelers

If you are traveling during the holidays, you can still make it a profitable week.

SUNDAY: Same as above.

MONDAY: Do Tuesdays activity above

TUESDAY: Do Wednesdays activity above

WEDNESDAY: Travel day. Be sure to pack your kit!

THURSDAY: Enjoy Thanksgiving Day with loved ones

FRIDAY: Call your friends and relatives and tell them youre in town for the weekend and you would love to treat them to a complimentary skin care class or makeover! Tell your out of town relatives and friends that you're in a Thanksgiving Week contest and you need to do just a few makeovers to finish! Ask for their help! Make it fun and profitable!     And don't forget other family and friends who traveled to be there!
