10 Tips for Success

 

10 TIPS FOR SUCCESS 
 
1. Have clarity in your goal and your time frame. You can't hit a vacillating target!  What specifically are you after this week, this month, etc?
 
2. Create the visuals to support # 1.  Have that poster or that visual in front of you all the time.
 
3. Create and cite an affirmation that supports # 1.  First person, present tense, activity and results oriented.  For example, I easily make 5 booking attempts daily or I sell $100 a day each and every day.
 
4. Work from a weekly plan sheet and a 6 most important things to do list.  Plan the time to work your job!!!  Then you can prioritize and accomplish the things that need to be done.
 
5. Track your activity  Tracking the activity forces you to take an honest look at where the rubber meets the road so that you can make necessary adjustments to move forward.
 
6. Remain accountable with a mentor, your director, your spouse or someone. Be honest and report what you have accomplished and how you have done.  What went well and what diodn't and what needs to change.  Ask yourself this daily so you can get back on track quickly. 
 
7. Remain positive.  Remain POSITIVE!  REMAIN POSITIVE!!
 
8. Feed your mind with great training tapes, uplifting literature and books and positive messages.  The scriptures are a great source of strength and can be part of this uplifting experience.  The Hotline is great to listen to also. 
 
9. Delegate the task that someone else can do for you:  like dinner, cleaning, laundry, dishes, running errands.  If you have small children, invite someone over who is just a little older so they can play with your children.  Get a teenager (16 yr old) to drive around and do your errands.
 
10. Be more.  When you can't do more, BE more!  There is a limit to your energy and resources, but there is no limit to God's.  Begin your day with prayer, scripture study.  Proceed to a brisk 30 minute walk or some kind of exercise and then advance to your power hour.  A power hour is a time when you are at your best and working with the most focus.  That is the time you want to do income producing activites: booking/ coaching/selling/or interviewing!
 
If you follow these 10 tips, you will most certainly see an increase in your customer base, your productivity, and growth in the development of your business!!
