• Mary Kay has many contest that end in December and we are very motivated to find incredible women like yourself to be on our team.
• Women become very close to the product because their skin changes - they want more HYDRATION - and are in contact with their consultants and starting listening to the benefits of being a part of Mary Kay.
• They watch how our income increases because our retail sales are awesome during the holidays and they decide to make money immediately.
• They come on board now, watch this season unfold and they are ready for next year.
• Women are thinking about the changes they want in 2004.  If they start in December they can be ready to make a difference in January vs. starting in January and not making a difference until February or March.
• The tax advantages - Whatever you do in December directly affects your Income Taxes.  Why wait another 12 months to make a tax difference.

You guys the other night I was on the phone with our Millionaire Executive National Sales Director Gloria Mayfield Banks and she gave me some incredible language to use to recruit people as we close out [this year]. Well, I decided this information was too GREAAAAAAAT to keep it all to myself, so I put together a recruiting script using some of her wording and I'm passing it along to you. We still have plenty of time left in December. Blow it out! Decide TODAY whether you want to enter [the new year] as a  brand new Senior Consultant, new Red Jacket, new Team Leader, On-Target-Car driver or DIQ. Decide "Yes" I would love to go to my mailbox January 15th and pull out my commission check just for sharing this business opportunity. Decide "YES" I would love to help my (customers, friends, co-workers, family, etc) start their own businesses and take advantage of the tax breaks that come along with having a home-based business. I encourage each of you to take this script, read it, study it, then pick up the phone call everyone you know and work it. I have already tried this script and have signed up one new recruit, a maybe and sold some product just from using this script! Get excited!!!!
