What a great day to be in Mary Kay.....You know what makes this business fun? Selling product to my awesome customers. I personally have a goal to sell $100.00 each and every day, even Saturday and Sunday, cause lots of customers call in, or e-mail even if I am not working. At career conference one of our National's said there are 100 days left till Seminar (now it's 92) and if you sold $100 a day till the seminar year ended you would have $10,000 in sales, $4000 in your pocket if you are doing a 60 / 40 split. What could you do with that $4,000? A fantastic Family Vacation? New Carpeting? new wardrobe, braces? You would probably end up in a top position in your unit, and possibly even make the National Court of sales. You have to start today though...don't stop till you sell $100.00 today. So far I am at $245.00 for today, but it does not mean I can take off tomorrow, if I go over, I don't carry it to the next day, I sell another $100.00. So your $10,000 goal could be more like $18,000. It's an awesome focus!
Want to hear some great news? One of our local consultants..Cheri Penry went to her child's school this weekend for a spring fair they were having. She donated a $100.00 gift basket which caught a lot of women's attention. Cheri says " this was an overwhelming experience. I had no idea how many women were looking for a Mary kay beauty consultant and this was just at my child's school. Everyone wanted to sign up for the drawing but the good news is 53 women needed a consultant, 24 didn't know what they wanted but wanted my services, and 8 already had a consultant....wow" Great job Cheri...the key for her is that she is already following up from the event on Saturday. As of right now Cheri has 4 facials and 8 pampering parties booked...this ought to totally keep her in bookings for a long time, especially because she will be working with the half back sharing bonus!
