Anytime there is an opportunity to special order or early order... When you order online, on the "Order Sheets" page, scroll down and select the "Consultant Early Offer..." Order form instead of the first order form at the top wich is the current order form. EASY! If you are ordering by phone or through the mail, you will need to print off an early order for and it should be available on InTouch. |
I have been looking for the script to use that we had gone over on what to say when you call a booth name and it has "been awhile" since the booth and you don't even remember which one they signed up at.I remember some parts of it. For example: I have been so busy with my regular clients and your name was selected this month to receive $10 at your own Mary Kay Facial or Color Appointment. What would I say if she says I don't remember signing up or which booth did I sign up at (some of these names I don't even remember which one)? Could you help me out on what to say with the last to questions? I don't mention the booth if it's been awhile. I just tell her she's been selected to recieve.... Just like you would if you got her name from the phone book or another list. If she says "how did you get my name?" Which they usually don't. I say, "You must have entered one of our drawings." If she says "when was that?" or something to that affect I look it up and tell her if I know, if I don't remember or didn't write it down, then I just tell her "I'm not sure... we have so many people sign up, that I just put all the names in a drawer/box, and once in awhile, if I have an opening in my schedule, I will draw one entry out to receive a free ________ and Gift Certificate, and today I pulled out your entry slip! Isn't that exciting!" Remember short professional answers, don't over talk, or over think... just do it! 90% of what we fear never comes to pass! |
