Project name is Adopt a Grandparent for St. Pattys day or Easter

Find a Nursing Home or Assist Living Apt. Complex ( you might have a customer or team member that works at one) talk w/the Activities Director and see if they would be willing for you to hand out St. Pattys or Easter bags to the residence. If they agree to the project you then have to be totally committed to give a bag to each residence.

OR Goodie bags for women at a shelter

What will you be giving to the Residence in their bag

Lip protector, hand cream = $18 charge $20

50 bags = $1000 ...cost of product is $500

OR

Lip protector , H. Lotion= $ 22 charge $25
50 bags = 1250 .....cost of products is $625

OR

Eye makeup remover and mascara =$30

50 bags $1500 cost of product $750

Letting you know that I am working on a project to help make St. Pattys or Easter Day special time for people in our community. This St. Pattys day give something especially to the our elderly who are no longer in their homes.

I want to present each one of these special men and women with a wonderful gift bag for St. Pattys Day or Easter. I have found that this gift bag will bring joy into there life.

I am asking for your help with this project by adopting a resident for St. Patty Day or Easter. Your $20 or $25 will sponsor a special gift for one resident and enable them to be blessed knowing that someone is thinking of them.

A special St. Pattys Day card will be attached to the gift with your name on it, so they will know that it is a gift from you and or your business. There are___residents in the ___________ nursing home/ assist living

You can email THIS TO your customers or TALK TO THEM when you are following up on customer service calls.

Make a list of businesses, ask the nursing home to post a flyer, poster a flyer at your local grocery store/workout stop/ gas stations/ banks/beauty shop/ pet shop

2. Contact six customers who work outside the home to do a $100 bag challenge. Offer each who completes the

3. Begin showing the new Spring Color Collections, sell to customers and take advance orders for gift sets. (3 x $35 =
$105)
4. Book 8 and hold 5 new selling appointments. This is your Perfect Start. ($500)
5. Have a $1000 Day Challenge and offer 15% off to all existing customers. Set the date, tell customers about your
Goal, ask for referrals. ($300-$1000)
6. Do one Trunk Show, Collection Preview, Beauty Bash. (10 present -$300)
7. Contact Basic Skin Care customers and introduce one other product line offer. You can give 15% discount for
The microdermabrasion. (3 micro sets =$165)
8. Challenge a son, daughter, spouse, or any other relative to sell $100. Give your loved one the profit off the order.
They will be up selling.
9. Contact Preferred Customers and set up 10 personal service appointments. Show the new lipsticks, spring colors,

10. Deliver Reorders and up sell, add at least one additional item per customer. (10 x $10 = $100)
11. Hold a phone lottery (call as many customers as you can in an hour and tell your customers one will receive

There it is...When you implement these 18 suggestions, you will have sold a Star order and have a profit!!!!
