A bubble sheet is a way to TRACK the contacts that you are making to grow you business. Attached below is the bubble sheet. Please print them out and put them in your brain book. Make a / when you make a phone call (even when you leave a message), put an X in the bubble when you speak to the person, fill the bubble in O when you get a booking. EX. You make a phone call, leave a message (put a slash /) two days later you call again to follow up and she picks up and you talk to her, you put an X in a bubble if she agrees to book with you, you then fill that bubble in! (If you call and leave 5 messages, then you will have 5 bubbles with a / in them. When they call you back and or you call them again and you speak to them they will either get an X or a filled in bubble!)
The purpose of the bubble sheet is to track how many contacts you are making each day to grow your business. The minimum we are striving for each day is 8. Work your way up to that! If one day you dont quite hit your number, then make up for it the next. I recommend 5 days a week of completing 8 bubbles. If you need to work 7 days to get your 40 bubbles finished then do it! The results will be so worth it!
