| IS YOUR GOAL DIRECTORSHIP.. Letter from Marsha FOCUS ..There are going to be many many things every day, every hour that want to steel your focus. You have got to discipline yourself to stay FOCUSED! ( I promise that the closer you get to your goal ..the busier that Satan gets.. .. He doesn't want women who love the Lord in a place of leadership. We have too much of an opportunity to impact women.) I can tell you from experience.. (in the last year my husband lost his job..with it we lost all of our benefits and his car as well as his income, I have had problems with my Adrenal Gland ..and that is what provides energy to the body, Gary had a stint put in to open a closed artery to the heart, our son got married 10 days after our Mary Kay year ended, and my mother had a major stroke that has paralyzed her left side the day after the wedding and Seminar was 2 weeks later!) I know you realize all of those things happened.. but sometimes it's good to know that God didn't say it would be easy. Life isn't different for those who move up. THEY are different. They don't allow circumstances to master them.. they work at mastering their circumstances What happened that was great during this crazy 12 months? Every morning I turned my life and business over to the Lord.. I stayed disciplined and kept working. (God wants to bless your work.. but you must give him something to bless) Our results... We had 2 beautiful offspring directors.. Lynn Hill and Suzanne Sather and 1 DIQ finishing this month. .Penny Brown ..and Suzanne Sather has DIQ Patty Campion We had our best year ever..$815,000. ... #7 in the Diamond Division. Cynthea Herreid was #11 in Sales in the Diamond Division and #1 in the Lenarz Area I have a husband with a better heart I have a new daughter in law I have 6 unit members pulling together to finish their DIQ by Nov. 25th. ..to Start NIQ onDecember 1st!! ..and We are going to be Grand Parents!! If you were having a private conversation with me right now .. and asked what I felt was necessary to get into and thru DIQ quickly .. I would say: FOR THIS MONTH.....You are going for MASSIVE ACTION.. ..a Little Activity changes nothing. ..it takes Massive Action!! (You can do anything for time.!) If you don't .. what are the ramifications in your life? 1.) 5 booking calls a day 2.) 5 business cards a day 3.) 12- 15 faces a week 4.) .. 3 new recruiting calls a day 5.) 5 interviews a week 6.) 1- 3 GUESTS to each weekly meeting 7.) Follow up .. Follow up .. Follow up on every guest, interview and booking. 8.) Leave nothing to chance.. hostess coach with abandon 9.) Into Unitnet every day 10.) A goal poster or Dream book that you look at morning & night. (call if you want tips on the one that changed the direction of my business) 11. ) Touch base with your director 3-4 times a week to let her know what is happening that day..turn in a weekly accomplishment sheet..it allows you to track and stay accountable. 12. DO NOT PROCRASTINATE ON ANYTHING!! Whatever it is you least want to do.. set the timer on the stove for 5 minutes.. and when it goes off.. you HAVE TO DO IT! I start daily calls at 9:00 a.m. 13.) Whatever you least want to do.. do it 1st thing in the morning.. No time to sit and talk yourself out of it. THAT is called discipline. 14.) When you are in the middle of an acitivity ..ask yourself. .."will this take me where I want to go?".. If not.. stop it right now." 15.) Find a Power Partner who will run with you. One who won't let you by with excuses. One who is running faster than you are! 16.) Think smart. You can't always do what you want to do you must do what you need to do. PRAY FOR PEACE IN THE MIDST OF YOUR ACTIVITY, WISDOM TO WORK WITH YOUR PEOPLE, COURAGE TO DO WHAT IS NECESSARY, THE RIGHT PEOPLE IN FRONT OF YOU WHO WANT WHAT YOU HAVE TO OFFER .....AND SELF DISCIPLINE TO WORK WHILE LIFE IS PULLING AT YOU. Do you know that I love you very much and want your success as much as you do. There are 1000 Mighty Morrissettes cheering you on!! (and praying for you!..CAN YOU FEEL IT!!.. I CAN!)
