Do You want to move up.. Just not sure how to start.. (and by sharing their time with 2-3 friends they are helping you get your 30 faces done faster.. and as a thank you..They will get their choice of $75 in product for only $25 or an absolutely free Spa wash and matching Lotion!! This is where the "Rubber meets the Road ". This is when YOUR Desire has to be soooooooo great that people can feel it thru the phone and see it on your face. We are attracted to people who have enthusiasm. You are ON YOUR WAY .. AND I CAN SEE YOU IN THAT RED JACKET,VIBE AND DIRECTOR SUIT!! The hardest part of ANY job is getting started! .. SO START AND DON'T STOP!! Do you have a list of your 10 most perfect new team members? Who are they .. and who hasn't had a facial yet? For those that have.. I would like to do some quick 33 minute 3 way phone marketing. (I have a friend who likes to call them a Marketing Survey ).. and they get a "Lipstick from you for Listening." They just listen and you learn and take notes. At the end I will of course ask them what impressed them the most. And never ever would I hang up without asking them "IS there any reason You wouldn't want to get started in a Mary Kay Career... I know you would love it!"
I always use the "10 MOST COMMONLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT A MK CAREER" form.. (I like them to have 1 in front of them too. .. You will find it in my Unit Net training center. .. Just print it off and get it to her.. or copy it and paste it into an e-mail and get it to her that way.) **The sooner we start interviewing the sooner your team will be built. You can count on 1 thing.. Your team won't grow as long as you aren't conducting interviews. If you get used to 3 interviews each week it will become a habbit. (From that you will likely have 3 recruits each month..maybe more!) .. The results are always based on the numbers.......as well as your ability to excite her about the MK career opportunity in her life!! Make a decision to grow It takes "stepping out of your comfort zone to grow!" Make a decision to enrich the lives of other women. You never know whose life you will affect!! I am your greatest fan!
