I am so excited about you having a new Team Member!  This is a chance for you to give (support, encouragement, guidance) as well as get (prizes, commissions, and recognition).  I have found recruiting to be my favorite part of Mary Kay.  The good feelings I get, helping another person reach their goals and make their dreams come true is personally more rewarding than anything else Ive done in my business! 

Remember, when your new recruit places her first order, she will be considered "Active*".  And you may be qualified for a promotion to your next step on the Career Path (Senior Consultant, Star Recruiter, Team Leader, Future Director, Grand Achiever, Director) with all the recognition, prizes, commission and bonuses that accompany your promotion, as long as you are active*, too.  Go to our "Director & Team info" to find out more.

You will be presenting her with her Mary Kay logo pin.  Order at least 3 for your RED JACKET Team! If you are caught short, just present her yours, and order another one for yourself.

You will want to accompany your new Recruit to Orientation.  That way you will be able to answer her quesitons, and also you will be learning how to do an Orientation.  So bring paper and pen and take notes.
