I chose your name from one of my facial sign-up boxes to receive a free makeover consultation. I am calling to schedule your appointment, but first I'd like to know if you've been pampered with us before?" "I am scheduling Holiday Makeovers for Dec and I am already booking New Year Looks for January. What would work best for your schedule?" Be a Woman of Excellence! Julie

Be DIRECT it is professional. Ask in a business way like a Dr. or Dendist does. When you are wishy washy or expect an objection you will ask in a way that will produce one. Ask in a generous way and offer her the #1 selling product in Am. for 7 straight years. Remember, if you have read your Career Essentials and the looks in the Applause and practiced with guests at Success Meeting you know more about makeup than most people do in a lifetime. I also suggest reading the Beauty Book or Look Book word for word. What a wealth of information to make you professional and knowledgeable. Just realize how great you are.
