TOP DIRECTOR SHERYL PETERSON GOT THREE BOOKINGS IN TEN MINUTES ON SUNDAY NIGHT!!! She called three people and all three booked. Following is the dialogue she used: "Hello _______________. This is Sheryl Peterson calling. Happy new year. Do you have a minute? (Chat for a minute.) The reason I'm calling is because I was going through some of my reports and I was looking at the fact that you purchased $150 (or whatever they ordered) or more from me during the past year. Did you know that? I have decided to do something really special for my customers that purchased $150 or more during the past year. I'm working on a very important project--a "before and after portfolio" using brand new looks that we just came out with. I am selecting customers like you that purchased $150 or more to feature in my portfolio. If you share your before and after makeover with 3 or more adult women who don't have a Mary Kay consultant... I will give you $75 in product and 15% off all your reorders for the entire year of 2005." Most women were excited and made comments like "Holy cow!" or "I have to think of three other that I can invite." Sheryl then said, "O.k., great! Let's go ahead and pick a date and time because I only have a few dates left in the month of January. All of my customers that qualified are very excited about it and I don't have a lot of dates left. Does a Wednesday or Thursday work better for you? Remember you are going to get $75 in free products and 15% off for the entire year!" If you are a newer consultant and don't have a large customer base with which to work, you can say, "My Director has given me permission to run this special with only 10 of my favorite people." It's a great way to get booked solid!!! |
