Hi everyone! I had great success today with the following:
I bought some Valentine goody bags like the one's you would buy for school parties. I put the following in the bag:
Hand Cream
2 eye shadow samples
1 cheek sample
1 lip sample
TimeWise Sample
Extra Hydration sample
Perfume vial
Domain Vial
Life Saver mints
2 business cards
1 brochure

I tied a ribbon at the top and placed in a Valentine Basket that I made and took off! I had several appointments today, eye doctor, bank, post office, etc. I carried the basket in and told all the people when I walked into the building I had pre-Valentine goodies for them. EVERYONE PERKED UP! I gave all the men one to give their wife or whatever and told them there was a men's cologne in there for him. THEY LOVED THIS!
I told the women this was their Valentine present from me. I told them also that I was handing them out early since I would be making deliveries on Valentine's Day and wanted to make sure I got these goody bags to them in case I was to busy delivering baskets. I told them that if they liked something in the goody bag and wanted to purchase it anytime between now and Valentine's Day they would receive a 10% discount. I should have told them any thing in the brochure! Live and learn! If they ordered a gift basket for someone before V-day I would wrap and deliver for them locally and if it was to be mailed I would handle that as well. Everyone was so thrilled to have this. One girl gave me a hug and told me she had had a terrible day and this was exactly what she needed! I already have received an order for the Domain and a Satin Hands to be delivered locally and one girl was interested in the TW and I told her to try it tonight and when I pick up my glasses tomorrow I would like to have her opinion. I have already received three calls regarding the TW and asked if they would receive a discount on that. I SAID "YOU BET"! Have fun with it!  Kim Hughes
