Here's a new and exciting fundraiser for your group.  If you are tired of chocolate and candles, I have something new that I believe will be very profitable for your group.


Here are some numbers for you to look at:


If 20 people each sold $250 in Mary Kay Products:


    20 x $250 =  $1,250 Profit
    20 x $300 =  $1,500 Profit
    20 x $400 =  $2,000 Profit


The Fundraiser will run for two 4 weeks, beginning on a Friday.  ALL ORDERS AND MONEY MUST BE HANDED IN BY THE LAST FRIDAY OF THE FUNDRAISER.


Top Salesperson - The person with the highest total dollar amount of sales will win a $100 Mary Kay Shopping Spree.


Sales Order Form:


1. Complete a separate sales ticket (enclosed in your packet) for each customer. Call me at 949-1010 if you need more tickets and I will mail them to you or drop them off at your office.


2. Fill in the top section with the name, address and telephone number of each of your customers.


3. CAREFULLY complete the order section with quantity, description, and amount, including the sales tax (8.5%).  Date the order, and total the order accurately.  See attached example.


4. SIGN YOUR NAME at the bottom of the order form.


5. Give the second copy (marked customer copy ) to the customer as her receipt.


6. Collect your money at the time of the sale.  Accept cash or checks. DO NOT accept credit cards.


7. Mail your order forms to _______________each week or email orders to ____________ or order online at ______________ and let me know that the order is part of the fundraiser.


8. I will deliver the orders to you on Fridays.  (We will set up this schedule once we are ready to begin the fundraiser.)


9.  I have enclosed a sample of our 2 - step skin care line called Timewise.  Please feel free to test market this product and let me know your opinion.

My Name is ________________.  I am a Beauty Consultant for Mary Kay.  I am so excited to be helping you with this fundraiser.

Enclosed in your packets you will find:
1) A  catalog with all the hot new products for the season, along with the Mary Kay Classics.
2) 10 sales tickets.  (I will deliver more as needed)
3) Tax Chart

On the outside of your envelope, I have taped a sample of the sales ticket.  It is very important that you fill this ticket out completely, as shown.  Be sure and put your name on the Hostess line.

Complete one sales ticket per customer.

CAREFULLY complete the order section with quantity, description and amount, including sales tax _______ %.  Date the order, and total the order accurately.

Give the second copy (marked customer copy ) to the customer as her receipt.

Collect your money at the time of the sale.  Accept cash or checks (made payable to_________________).   Do NOT accept credit cards.

Bring completed order forms &  money to _________________________ daily.

You will be responsible for delivering the ordered product to your customer.

Remember to ask neighbors, friends at church, and co-workers.  Remind customers of birthdays, anniversaries, and Christmas.
