Star Stories Seminar Awards Makeover Nomination Form
We would love to hear about your special unit member or adoptee who inspired you during Quarter 3 Star Consultant Contest, Dec. 16, 2010, through March 15, 2011. Perhaps she is an Independent Beauty Consultant who overcame a difficult challenge to achieve Star Consultant status. Maybe its a new Independent Beauty Consultant who shows extraordinary determination in overcoming obstacles.
Five winners (one from each Seminar) will be selected from nominations submitted by their peers. You can only nominate an Independent Beauty Consultant or Independent Sales Director from your own Seminar affiliation. Final winners will be determined by a panel of Mary Kay Inc. staff. The final winner and the nominator will both receive Seminar Awards Night makeovers.
Each winner will receive a Seminar Awards makeover that includes:
Star treatment at an exclusive spa for a much deserved day of pampering
Shopping spree for a glamorous Awards Night wardrobe including evening gown, shoes and jewelry
Onstage spotlight at Seminar awards night where she will debut her new look.
