A: Yes, you can change your reward to the Mustang by contacting your Career Car team no later than July 29, 2011.
Q: What are the maintenance requirements for Premier Plus qualifiers?
A: The requirements are the same as Premier Club maintenance requirements.
Q: Does my Sales Director-in-Qualification (DIQ) production count toward Premier Plus requirements?
A: Yes, DIQ production does count toward Premier Plus requirements. For example, if you started DIQ in May and you debuted as an Independent Sales Director September 1, you may use May through September to meet Premier Plus requirements. April does not count because you were not in DIQ.

Q: Is there an All-wheel drive (AWD) option available for the Ford Mustang?
A: No, Ford does not offer the Mustang with an AWD option.
Q: My Additional drivers are under 25 but have good driving records. Why can't they be an Authorized driver if I select the use of the Ford Mustang?
A: The Ford Mustang is considered a sports car and insurance costs and restrictions are significantly higher. Applying stricter requirements helps offset these additional costs and restrictions.

A: In conjunction with the Career Car Insurance Program, the 12-Point Rating System is designed to evaluate current and potential Authorized Drivers to ensure they have demonstrated safe and responsible driving practices. The system examines and rates each driver's driving history for the past three years by assessing points for motor vehicle violations and collision claims.
Q: How can I find out if I or my Additional Drivers have assessed points under the Career Car Insurance Program's 12-Point Rating System?
A: Your month end commission and bonus statement provides the assessed points for you and your additional drivers.
Q: What if I meet the additional Career Car Insurance Program requirements but one or more of my Additional Drivers do not?
A: To be eligible to select the use of the Ford Mustang, you will have to request to remove your Additional Drivers who do not meet the additional Career Car Insurance requirements.
Q: When will we be able to order posters and postcards with the new vehicle options? When will they be available on Mary Kay InTouch?
A: Posters and postcards will not be available. However, we know how important having promotional materials with the Mustang image is to you. That's why we're working on having an image available on Mary Kay InTouch by the end of Seminar (under "Recognition/Contests," then "Career Car Program").
Q: I am currently in a Premier Club award; can I meet Premier Plus requirements and select the Ford Mustang?
A: If you are currently receiving Premier Club cash compensation you are eligible to select the use of the Ford Mustang by achieving Premier Plus requirements. You will need to contact your Career Car team to discuss your options. If you are currently in a Premier Club career car, you will need to wait for requalification.
Q: If I meet the Premier Plus requirements but do not want to select the Ford Mustang, do I receive any other form of compensation?
A: No, the Premier Plus promotion is for the use of the Ford Mustang only.
Q: Does the Ford Mustang come with OnStar?
A: The OnStar feature is only available on General Motor's vehicles. However, the Ford Mustang does feature the SYNC Communication and Entertainment system.
