Your new and current customers will want to enter The 2011 Mary Kay Fall Makeover Contest - New York! New You! for a chance to win the Grand Prize of a fabulous trip for two to New York City! They'll also have an opportunity to attend a beauty, fashion or fitness photo shoot for Fitness magazine. The winner will have a professional makeup, wardrobe and hair makeover and a fantastic new fashionista wardrobe. It's enough to make any fashion Diva drool with envy!
The contest has three exciting phases:

Entry/Submission September 1 (12:00 a.m. CT) October 31 (midnight CT)
Customers visit you for a complimentary personalized makeover and take before-and-after photos. There are two ways to enter:

You may begin the entry process for your customer and an e-mail will be sent to her notifying her that her entry has been started and, she, on or after Sept. 1 can complete her entry into the contest. If youd like to begin the entry process, go to www.mkmakeovercontest.com.

Or your customer may submit her own photos and brief story to enter herself after receiving a makeover with you of course! Your customer can access the contest site from your Mary Kay Personal Web Site or by visiting the contest site www.mkmakeovercontest.com Note: You may want to share your Unit Number or your Independent Beauty Consultant Number with your customer so she can further identify you as her Independent Beauty Consultant when entering the contest.
Please note: Although you may have started the entry process for your customer by uploading her before-and-after photos, your customer still needs to complete, approve and submit her entry* to count toward your eligible entries. When her entry is approved, she will receive an email stating her entry was approved, and you will receive an email stating that her entry has been completed. All entries must be completed and approved to count toward contest prizes.
*Your customer can complete her entry by accessing the link via the email that will be sent from mkmakeovercontest@marykay.com OR by going to the contest site and entering her email address in the space provided on the home page.

Public Voting Nov. 1 (noon CT) Nov. 10 (midnight CT)
During the Voting period, all entries can be voted upon by consumers and independent sales force members. The top 100 eligible vote-getters in the contest will become finalists and will receive a TimeWise Trial Miracle Set. Voting is limited to 5 votes per day, per person.

Private Judging November 11 Dec. 1
The top 100 finalists in the contest will be judged by Mary Kays judging panel. Three potential Grand Prize winners will be selected to receive round trip airfare to New York City, accommodations, food and transportation for two for three days and two nights.
If your consumer wishes to review the complete Contest Official Rules they may go to www.mkmakeovercontest.com beginning on or about July 20. (Entries will only be accepted beginning on or about 12:00 a.m. CT on September 1, 2011).
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Void where prohibited. Offered and open only to female legal residents of the fifty U.S. & D.C. (including territories, possessions and military bases) who are 18 or older. Employees, directors & officers of Mary Kay Inc., Independent Beauty Consultants (at time of entry), and professional and/or semi-professional models, any individual who has made over U.S. $5,000 modeling in any calendar year in the past five years, or models under contract are not eligible to enter. Limit one (1) Entry per person. Begins on or about 12:00 a.m. CT on September 1, 2011 and Ends 11:59 p.m. CT on Dececmber 1, 2011. All entries must be received by sponsor between 12:00 a.m. CT on September 1, 2011 through 11:59 p.m. CT on October 31, 2011 and Public Voting will be held between 12:00 noon CT on November 1, 2011 through 11:59 p.m. CT on November 10, 2011. Photographs must be taken no sooner than July 20, 2011 and submitted for this Fall 2011 contest only. Grand Prize (3): 3 day/2 night trip for winner and one adult guest to NYC. ARB: $8,500 each. Get your customers excited about completing their complimentary personalized makeover with you and entering during the first two weeks of the contest! The 50 independent sales force members who have the most eligible consumer entries into the contest between September 1 15 could receive a Kenneth Jay Lane cuff bracelet!

The three Independent Beauty Consultants with the most eligible entries during the entry phase could win: round-trip airfare to New York City; accommodations, food and transportation for three days and two nights; the opportunity to attend a beauty, fashion, or fitness photo shoot for Ladies' Home Journal magazine; a professional makeup, wardrobe and hair makeover; and a fabulous new fashionista wardrobe.
