Every Mary Kay Consultant is invited and should attend Seminar. I may well have been in the same situation 30 years ago that you are in right now. .. short on both cash and time! I was wondering how I was going to go. My Director of course encouraged me but I wasn't too sure about my husband. We had a nice long talk and of course after reminding him that he wouldn't hesitate to attend something that would train him for his FUTURE ... HE made a decision that I HAD to be there.. I couldn't afford to wait until I could afford to go. (that would have been Never..something will always get in the way!) If I wanted to make a difference in my life.. I had to step over the line and make a committment to find out what Mary Kay Cosmetics was really all about! That was a very small price to pay. Wow. did I ever find out! I was amazed beyond words! I considered Seminar my Mary Kay college degree!! (with Registration, hotel and flight it cost today ONLY 2/3 of what one 3 credit class would cost at the University!!)It wasn't a convenient time for me ..it was our 2nd Wedding Anniversary and our bridal party wanted to have a celebration for us on that same weekend and my sister wanted us to come and spend that weekend at her new cabin.. and of course my husband and I were barely making it from payday to payday. I had to make the most adult choice. Seminar was the downpayment on my future. I simply could not put this once-a-year event off until the next year. That would be putting my future off for a whole year! We could not afford that. The time is never perfect, but for those who are serious about their future.. they are willing to make Seminar a priority above everything else for 3 short days. You will not come back the same person! Your heart will be touched, my mind educated and your spirit inspired!! You may be in a situation where you need to find child care for those 3 days. I understand that challenge because I had to do the same for many many years. Ask your mother or mother in law, or trade Baby sitting with a sister or friend. Your husband may offer to take a few days off to help you out. After all... think of all those times you stayed home while he went on a fishing trip or a hunting trip or traveled for business. It's YOUR TURN!! My BEST IDEA is to take him along! He will be blown away!! You just simply can not come home and try to explain this company to him. He has to be there to see it! If you have never gone to Seminar .. Make this your 1st year! 2 of the reasons that could have held me back from going.. my husband and my children.. thank me every day for the choice I made soo many years ago!! This will be the 1st year ever that the Morrissette Family of Consultants and Directors will be holding our own events at the World Famous Adolphus Hotel. We are soooooo excited to be taking that huge step and YOU will be part of the fun and history as we stretch to finish our National Area!! GET READY FOR SEMINAR.. THE EVENT THAT WILL IMPACT YOUR LIFE FOREVER!! ARRIVAL INFORMATION Consultants will want to arrive in Dallas on Wednesday, July 20th. This is considered Day 0. You can Check into the Hotel, go to the Convention Center to pick up your Registration packet and Red Jacket Rally winners can pick up your FREE NEW Red Jacket!.
