In celebration of International Womens Day, Mary Kay will once again honor women worldwide with the Mary Kay Global Month of Service. We invite all Mary Kay independent sales force members and their customers to join us as we unite in the goal of volunteering one million hours of community service around the world from March 8 April 8, 2012. Joining together, Mary Kay employees, independent sales force members and their customers around the globe can make a difference in peoples lives carrying on Mary Kays mission of service.

Its easy to participate.

• Continue the same volunteering activity you already do (volunteering for childs sports organization or school, making dinner for new mothers or running errands for the elderly, etc.) and count those hours toward your goal.
• Incorporate a volunteer activity into your Mary Kay parties, such as creating hygiene kits with shampoo and soap for homeless shelters.
• Go with other sales force members or your customers to volunteer at the local food pantry or homeless shelter.
• Team up with a new charity, learn about a new cause and meet new people.
• Consider volunteering at a hospital, school, orphanage or retirement home.
