Nicki Hill's Class Notes from Career Conference!!!

1)      How many of you would love to hold 1 skin care class and book 2-3 classes from it every time?

2)      How many of you would love to walk away from every skin care class with 10 or more Referrals?

3)      How many of you would love to schedule 2-3 team building opportunities from every class?

Today my goal is to give you tips on how to do just that. Book, sell, book, and recruit at every opportunity. Practice builds confidence builds self-esteem.

My class consists of 10 steps!

1. Setting a goal!   Work full circle!

1)      Sell sets

2)      Schedule follow-ups
3.)
  Set up 2-3 team building opportunities by handing out CDs
Write on a notecard or book- keep it in front of you- keep it at conscious level!!

2. Setting up for a class (1/2 hour early)- Put  roll - up bags under each chair!

1)      Talk to hostess beforehand- ask questions; would she or someone she knows that's coming be interested in what I do?

2)      Set up for class- possibly do hostess beforehand with microdermabrasion and glamour!

3)      Greet guest and match foundations

4)      Set up trays

5)      Satin hands

3. Class opening!

1)      Introductions

-Name, occupation, change! (Layering)

Show!

2)      Tell agenda at tonite!

                                                               i.      Focus on skin care

                                                             ii.      Try some color to get an idea of what you like- bronzing powder and lip-glosses/ Keep eyes on!

                                                            iii.      Mention follow-up and we'll schedule that when we sit one on one at the end of class

                                                           iv.      (Assume the sale) Make sure you're happy and satisfied and you'll try to the micro and get fullglamour.

Play game during class with a mini satin hands- pass it every time you mention follow-up!


4. Body of class (Goal = sell sets) (Refer to video!)

1)      We're going to use the beauty book- make it up as you like! *Easier to recruit- great visual

2)      I demo out of roll-up bag

3)      Miracle set, Micro set, Satin Hands set displayed on table!! All sets are the visuals, ultimate miracle set

4)      Open to pg. 6-7 (sticker in book)

Learn by listening, reading, doing!

5)      I sell in sets by cleansing all over; day or nite on one side, moist on same side (use normal formula)

6)      How does that feel? Fell both sides with back of hands! Can you feel a difference? (Follow-up)

7)      Pg. 8-9 Follow up

8)      Pg. 10-11 Foundation all over!

5. Referrals

6. Basic Glamour (10 min.)

1)      Review skin care: Ask Questions          What is the 1st step?

passing on the visual of using it at home!!

2)      Satin lips/ cheeks & lips

3)      Pg. 14-15 Color 101 Look  I'll have you pick out at end for you to try at follow-up

I never wore makeup

- Didn't know how to apply it

- Didn't know what went together

We'll solve that for you!

7. Compliment and clean up!

1)      Let them sell to one another!

2)      Fufu your hair! Take out the headbands

3)      Hold at arm's length

4)      Step back from class


8. Table Close (Pull out roll up bags out of chairs)

            - I bet you're wondering how much does it cost and when can I get it?!

- Must have product on hand to have something to follow up on. Get to profit level fast.

            - Turn to pg. 16-17      MARK UP! Do close!

                        Romance the sets!

                        Recipe, Ph balanced, focus on 1, 2, 3, 7!!!

                        Color at follow up! Micro as a set!        8

                        Check, cash, MasterCard, Discover, Visa

2 = 1 price, etc.      Buy 4 get them for $199 and the roll up bag for free
Buy all 7 and get it for $299 plus the roll up bag for free

9. Individual close

      1) Set out basket to occupy and tempt

      2) Set out Look Books and have them bring the Model Look they'll try

      3) Pick most excited person first. Go in living room.

                  1. What did you like the best?

                  2. Have any questions?

                  3. What set would you like to start with? (Be Quiet)

                  4. Ask until they say no twice.

                  5. Add it up

6. I need to see you in 7-10 days to make sure everything is working and that you like it. We'll also try _________ Look that you picked out. Which is better for you? __________ or ____________? Great! When you share it with friends you'll get _________ for _______. Is there any reason why you wouldn't want to share it with friends?

(Use tic tac toe)

7. Hand CD to anyone who buys a skin care set or whom you like

(show) Hand itnatural reaction to take it!

I really like you and I'm in a challenge to have ______ women listen to this CD and give me their opinion of what I do. It's actually a lipstick in disguise.

I'll call you __________ to get your opinion and check on how your products are working! Just pop it in on your way home.

Have all guests sit with you! Close with hostess- have her help you fill out orders at car! Tell her how much you sold, etc.

10. Follow up!

-         Call in 2 days!!

-         Hold appointment 7-10 days later

-         Book, sell, book, recruit: Show her how to work full circle and she'll do it too!

Conclusion: (Mention follow up 7 times)

-         Have fun!! Everyone has an imaginary sign on their forehead that says make me feel special!

-         Challenge!!! Book a perfect start to be held in the next 2 weeks. Book 8 to hold 5. Work full circle. It takes just as much time and energy to sell at a class as it does to sell, book & recruit!

Practice builds confidence and confidence builds self-esteem!

Go home and master your skin care classes! You can do it!
