If anything would convince you to actually DO DIQ, this would be it!! Here's what I figured:
Team Production for March: $15,881.00 Personal Production: $2,162.25 Total: $18,043.25
Actual commision check: 13% on $15,881.00: $2,064.53 $50 bonus for 5 new qualified team members: $250 Total: $2,314.53
No complaints, great check right?
If I was already a Sales Director: 13% on total unit: $2,345.62 13% on personal team: $2,064.53 $100 bonus for 5 qualified personal team members: $500 Unit Volume Bonus: $1,800.00 Unit Development Bonus: $300.00 Total: $7, 010.15
Seriously! Thats not including my team members new team members orders that would have counted if I was already a director! Plus, on top of all of that a new car as a little bonus? No messing around now, I get it!!
