Mouse tails are a HTML code. To change a mouse tail, you first open the page in this site that contains the mouse tail you want. In edit mode, go to the bottom of the screen and click on 'html.' Highlight and copy the entire script.
After you copy the script, open your site and click the pink star on the homepage. On the bottom of the page, click the tab for HTML. Scroll to the bottom of the page. From the bottom, scroll up until you see mulitple duplicate images (clipart) in a row. They will be highlighted in blue.
Following is the top portion of the script:
<divid="dot0" style="position: absolute; visibility: hidden; height: 11; width: 11;"> <img src="http://www.unitnet.com/pringnalda/picts/star4.gif" height=11 width=11> </div> <div id="dot1" style="position: absolute; height: 11; width: 11;"> <img src="http://www.unitnet.com/pringnalda/picts/star4.gif" height=11 width=11> </div> <div id="dot2" style="position: absolute; height: 11; width: 11;"> <img src="http://www.unitnet.com/pringnalda/picts/star4.gif" height=11 width=11> </div> <div id="dot3" style="position: absolute; height: 11; width: 11;"> <img src="http://www.unitnet.com/pringnalda/picts/star4.gif" height=11 width=11> </div> <div id="dot4" style="position: absolute; height: 11; width: 11;"> <img src="http://www.unitnet.com/pringnalda/picts/star4.gif" height=11 width=11> </div> <div id="dot5" style="position: absolute; height: 11; width: 11;"> <img src="http://www.unitnet.com/pringnalda/picts/star4.gif" height=11 width=11> </div> <div id="dot6" style="position: absolute; height: 11; width: 11;"> <img src="http://www.unitnet.com/pringnalda/picts/star4.gif" height=11 width=11> </div> <script LANGUAGE="JavaScript"> <!-- hide code
From the top of the script, locate the first instance of the image/clipart. Now continue backward (up) until you find the first instance of <DIV or <div . I have highlighted it in red in the above example. Including <DIV now highlight to the bottom of the page and click paste. This will replace the entire script with the new script.
This is a tough concept to put into writing! If it doesnt work, or you have questions give me a call! It might just be easier to walk you through it over the phone! |
