Learn to go with your gut feeling. If you really feel strongly
 about her.....tell her so! Tell her (with a passion) that you
are determined to share your wonderful Company because
 you can't get her out of your mind; you really feel she would
 be wonderful, that she would love this!   Tell her sincerely why
 you want her on your Team
: Does she work well with people?
Does she have a great smile? Would she like the positive
 environment? Appreciate the flexible hours? Staying home with her children? Our Company ethics? Our open ended opportunity for great money?
