New Director Challenges
In the First Year as a new director there are
 4 challenges to complete.
For each one that you complete you get a $1,000 Bonus!!

The First Goal is to Complete the "On the Write Track" Club By Having $15,000 Unit Wholesale and 3 personal qualified recruits three months from your Debute Date. Rewards:® • On the Write Track unit banner • Pin enhancer and charm • Name recognition in Ovation

The second is Fabulous 50’s Club by having $30,000 & 50 Unit members Six Months from your Debute Date. (The $30,000 is the $15,000 from the first 3 months plus another $15,000) Rewards:® • Fabulous 50s unit banner • Pin enhancer and charm • Photo recognition in Ovation

Then third is Honor Society by having $60,000 & 50 Unit members one year from your Debute Date. Rewards: • Honors Society unit banner • Pin enhancer and charm • Name recognition in Ovation ® The fourth one is Dean’s List by achieving Honors Society and being one of the top three with the highest wholesale of your debut class by the end of your 12th month. Rewards: • Dean’s List unit banner • Pin enhancer and charm • Photo recognition in Ovation ® • Elegant topaz and diamond ring
