Agreat way to start the new year is to begin using the color charts attached that are based on recommendations by Robert Jones.  They come from Director Gretchen Runkle and below she gives you some tips on how to best use them. 

Gretchen  says -

I put these charts into page protectors and into a three ring notebook when working with a customer. I call it my Beauty Bash book.

To make my charts even more beneficial, I actually peel off the back of each eye shadow and cheek sample (they have sticky on them) and place it in the square.  I dont do that anymore for the lipsticks because there are so many to do.  I just use the lip charts as is. 

What I love about Roberts info and these charts is that I can confidently recommend a color to a customer based on their skin tone and eye color.  It also helps in inventory control, knowing the skin tones youre most likely to facial.
