Remember, Mary Kay always said, "The speed of the leader is the speed of the gang." One way to help lead your unit to success is by modeling enrollment in the Preferred Customer Program. Sending a preview copy of The Look to your "T" status* unit members through the Consultant First Look program will help you excite your unit about new products and encourage them to place their orders as soon as the promotion begins. An excited Independent Beauty Consultant will likely have excited customers which can create strong retail sales! And that in turn helps build Beauty Consultants for life.
*Independent Beauty Consultants will receive their issue of The Look with the launch issues of Applause. Therefore, you do not need to enroll your unit members for Consultant First Look unless they are T status.
