Before we can place your order I need to know:

You will be starting your order yourself. This is the exact same way you will place your orders in the future, when you no longer need my help.

If you would rather me show you how to do this so you can watch, or have me do it all, and just put your first order together for you, I can do that, too. Just let me know and we can set up a video conference

Start right away on www.marykayintouch.com > Ordering > Online Ordering > Create A New Cosmetic Order.

You don't have to wait until you are ready to place your order, to start building an order. You will be able to save your order at any point, and come back to it later. You can save an order over and over until you are ready to place it.


Start putting together your first order by entering the products you want to order and adding in any products you've already sold.

1) Products that excite you, you want to be sure you have on hand to demo and sell. Products that you marked in your Look Book and on your personal Wish List

2) Products you have already sold
Give me a list of them, so I know they are not part of your inventory.
Do you want me to include them in the amount you've chosen for your shelf or order them in addition to the product for your shelf?

3) Products you want for yourself, and any gifts you want to give this month.

What products do you want for yourself? Again give me a list, so I know these are not for your inventory.

What do you need to fill your own personal travel roll-up SUCCESS = YOUR PERSONAL USE? You will sell what you use.

Do you want me to include these products in the amount you've chosen or order them in addition to the product for your shelf?

As you enter the quantities and update the page the price you see is the RETAIL price. Your 50% Discount will be applied when your TOTAL reaches $450 RETAIL. At that point you will see the WHOLESALE cost (the amount we pay) reduced by 50% to $225 WHOLESALE. NEVER PLACE AN ORDER THAT DOES NOT SHOW YOU ARE GETTING 50% DISCOUNT, OR ELSE YOU WILL BE PAYING FULL PRICE FOR YOUR PRODUCTS and the Company will be making the 50% profit instead of you or your recruiter.

Save your order at checkout, so you can go back to it and keep adding products until you are ready to place your order.

Each time you will be able to go back to it by going to Ordering > Online Ordering > Sample, Saved, Reusable and Unfinished Orders

When you have ordered everything you know you want, and you are ready for me to fill in the rest of the products for your inventory, then let me know that you are ready for me to look at your order one of these three ways:

1. Assign your order to me without payment, so I can go in and adjust your order or...

2. At Shopping Cart/Checkout click on "See or Print Entire Order" Then print as a PDF file or take a screenshot and email/text to me. or...

3. Just save your order and I can log in to your page as you and look at it.

Answer the following questions for me:


1) What age women will you have at your Business Debut?... over 22 or under 22? Do you want some Clearproof skin care for Acne Prone Skin? Botanicals for Sensitive Skin and younger women? How about women Over 50 at your first party? Do you want some TimeWise Repair Volu-Firm?

2) What are the skin tones of the people who will be at your Business Debut?... Will you have any Bronze or Ebony skinned people?... or only Ivory and Beige?

3) What is the total amount that you don't want me to go over including tax and shipping, and sales aids? Check the New Consultant FREE PRODUCT ORDER CHARTfor the suggested total with supplies, tax and shipping, but rememberyou can order any amount. I just need to know what amount you don't want me to go over including tax, shipping, and extra business builders.

Sales Director's Suggestions. Click on the order to view and you can change it, too. Just make sure that the wholesale does not drop below the amount you intend to start with or you will miss out on your bonuses.

As soon as you have the order the way you want it, all you will need is a credit card number and expiration date... Master Card, Visa, or Discover to submit your order.

You can use up to 4 cards, but if you use more than one card I will have to submit the order for you. Only Directors can submit orders with multiple cards.

If you are using a debit card, then you need to make sure what your daily limit is with your bank. Often the daily limit is low for security reasons... $300 or so, which will cause your order to be declined, butyour bankwill change it and increase the daily limitif you request it.

You can use one card and your ProPay balance to place your order. If you need to use more than one credit/debitcard...I can help you, split it up between up to 4 cards, but then you cannot use ProPay. In this case then just transfer your ProPay money to your account, instead of using it for the order.
