The Secret to Getting Ahead is Getting Started Mark Twain

*************************************************************************************

My command central has project files, reference materials, calendar, phone, contacts, pens, and paper clips.
I have access to permanent files, but transient files are at my fingertips.

I am an expert at delete, delay, delegate, and diminish style of working!

Delay (consciously rescheduling for a smarter time)

Delegate to who is smarter, faster, and better

Diminish (asking how long will this take? what is the return on my investment?  What is the deadline?)

As a top director, my daily rhythm consists of customer appointments and setting up orders for new consultants, peppered with interviews and prospects to prime the pump for larger-range payoffs.

My dance is close to the revenue line and Im always secure in my finances.

I use the warmth & personal touch of a phone call when the nuance of how I am saying something matters.

~I prioritize top, down. My first fruits are being committed first to God, then WORK.

~I have to dos in 1 place, and each evening I complete my 6 most important things list.

(Because a to do not connected to a when doesnt get done.)

~I batch my calls for a better mindset.  I pattern my work with my energy cycles.

~I institute a quiet hour (after school, when Paisley is napping.  We have a snack, read, go through her

backpack, and then Peyton takes her own half hour to read and play school with her dolls.)

~I fortify my energy by pre-planning (stretching, devotionals, snack, walk)

I am never less than productive because I always check:

~  why am I doing this?                  ~  what is the gain?                        ~  what is the risk?

~I thrive in my interruption-rich environment.

~I have my eye on a higher goal, and Im driven by a vision with my eye on the target.  I easily tolerate bumps and dips along the way, and Im inspired by a vision of 65 unit stars, stars who drive cars and roll in silver!!

~I increase my sales every year and am a top earner in the company. I build confidence in every consultant. I consistently decide with clarity and ease which tasks are most important daily, which is a reason Im successful!

~Prospecting new clients and consultants come after getting inventory decisions from new consultants and scheduling signing appointments.  I choose the important over quick, the tough over the easy.

~Ive developed a reputation as TOPS in my industry; Im creating the means for Kevins early retirement.
~I crunch the container effectively, (mindful of my meeting/appoints prep time & bus arrival!)

~I enjoy selective perfectionism

~I always have the ability to focus on the payoff

~I outsmart interruptions with keen anticipation

~I avoid distractions thanks to my Next Action post-it notes

~In my meetings/makeovers the room is buzzing, all are engaged, connected, and interested
and striving toward a common purpose and filling a need!

~I am reliable as I am mindful of promises made, asking in advance:

How long will this take?  When will I do it?  &  Will something come out of my schedule to make room?

~I resist temptation to do one more thing, and I create conditions that bring out my best performance
and maximum energy.  I know that prayer calms
