Selling Roll Ups /Sets

Did you know wrinkles are 7 layers deep? When working with your customers at a class, let them know that they can concentrate on keeping their skin looking good for years to come, or for the next few hoursthat is the difference between the skin care and the cosmetics. Explain to them which one will benefit them the most.

At the beginning of the class, bring out a beautifully created bag for a door prize. Make sure there is tissue paper coming out of the top and LOTS and LOTS of LONG curling ribbon. The longer the ribbon the more the ladies will want the gift! You can use something like a mini satin hands or a limited edition productHave a roll of double tickets. Read the first page of the beauty book about the MK opportunity. Once you have finished with that, let the ladies know that this is a great opportunity for them to 1) ask any question they want to about the company, and 2) get tickets to go into a drawing for the beautiful door prize. They will have 2 minutes to ask you any question about the company. If they ask you about the products, tell them you will cover that later, and that this time is only about the company

Once you have answered their questions, go on to the second page. Now this is where you will sell them on you! Let them know that you are going to spoil them rotten! That you are there to pamper and appreciate them.

The 3rd page is where you introduce the second facial or PMS (personal makeover session). You can use whichever phrase you choose. They will generally laugh at the PMS one. Now you bring out a second gift. This one is very simply done. It could be one of the nail colors that MK is fazing out. Put it in a pretty bag that is sealed so they cannot see inside of it. Explain to them that every time you say second facial or PMS, they need to shout out MINE. Whoever is the first one, gets the gift. Now the next time you say second facial or PMS and someone shouts out MINE it is passed to that person, and so on until the end of the class. Have you figured out yet that the ladies are saying the second facial is MINE?

Explain to them that this class is focusing on the skin care and that we will not be working with the glamour.  Then bring their attention to the hostess and let them know that she just had her second facial (MINE), and she used ALL of the color products because the Hostess gets the Mostess at her second facial (MINE).

After you have finished the foundation and they are putting on a little check and lip color (tell them they are all women and they know how to put on their check and lip color) then you have them turn to the roll up page (16) in the beauty book. Tell them this is the I deserve it all collection. One side note, make sure you are using the TimeWise or the Velocity products for the demonstration out of the roll up bag. In fact, for the second facial, you can use almost everything with exception to the color products. The satin hands can be used out of the roll up as well. When you are explaining the products to the ladies that are in the roll up, and you get to the custom compact, let them know that when you open up the compact, and really play this up, that you expect them to say OOOOOh, AAAAAh.  If they are booking a class with 5-6 friends, and are the hostess, they will get the mostess! They will get the entire set at $299. That is a $108 savings!

**If you are doing a Velocity class, the set is $199 with a savings of $79. The roll up does not include the cheek color, use the bronzing beads and brush and no custom compact, use the eyesicles.

Now you walk them through the pamphlet that you have at their place. Read the each question and give them a second to answer.  It does not have to be MK.  Let them know that when they have their second facial, (MINE), that these are the women that they can invite.

Once you have finished the pamphlet, you show them the door prize again and let them know that this is the time for everyone to get a chance at winning it. Have your hostess get the roll of tickets and tell the ladies that they will receive:

        Ticket for being here tonight

        Tickets for purchasing product. Now you stop and ask Who wants 2 tickets? This way you know that they will be purchasing something tonight. Also, if there is a lady there that has a consultant, you can let here know that it is OK for her to get something.

Nancy will demo out all of her lip colors and glosses for the ladies to try on their hands. Let them know not to use them on their lips. Also have the cheek and eye colors in the shade refills on the table with the plastic covers on. Let the ladies know that they are not to sample them, that they are sellable product. Then go do the individual close.
