Awesome area training!

I attended our "Get Your Year In Gear" all day yesterday....wow! What awesome stuff....I'm sure this is going to spread like wild fire .... Well, Karen Ford's National Area has come up with some new tools for booking and recruiting .... We were introduced to them yesterday... it's a very sleek, pink "Coordinator" (she's no longer being called a hostess, but a Coordinator, it's no longer a class or party but Girlfriend Time) folder, full of pretyped instructions for her "Girlfriend Time" get together that you give when you book a class (or Girlfriend Time as it's being called now). It's got an outside order sheet, 30 preprinted invites for her to send out, a guest list, etc...and the idea is that you ask her what it is she just absolutely has to have (and it doesn't have to be MK) ...she could say she wants a new washer...well, you and she figure out how much sales she needs to do to get that washer! Sounds alarming I know! I guess this is what Karen Ford's area has been doing with much success! So your Coordinator would end up having $3,000 in sales for you and then you buy her the washer (which is basically about 10% of the sales). It doesn't have to be that extravagant but it's supposed to be something she desires and would really work hard for .... Then, it also includes a small pink booklet called "Divine Secrets of the Mary Kay Business" and it's all about a business with MK, facts and figures, includes a copies of Director's checks, an NSD's checks, etc... kinda like a comparison chart showing what you can make at a J.O.B.vs. a business with MK...and in the back there is a CD for them to listen to.... AND THEN, her area has also developed a new BOOKING BRACELET ... you book the appt. and give your Coordinator the bracelet to wear (and keep) as her reminder to invite her friends for some Girlfriend Time and to remind her of her appt. with you... and apparently this bracelet is really eye catching but not gaudy, and is something every woman will be proud to wear!
