| Hostess Packets and Reminder Cards |
| I only give Hostess Packets to people who are excited about being a Hostess, former Hostesses, and Guests that book from a class, facial, or party. I don't use Hostess packets with most warm chatter names, referrals or people who schedule a facial to help me out. It has been my experience that they don't realize how little work is involved and what fun everyone will have, so when they get a packet in the mail they just see all the paper and think I am expecting them to do a lot of work, and they are more likely to cancel or be discouraged. For those who have not been to one of my appointments and are a little hesitant, I just keep it very light and easy. A simple thank you note, and the offer to include their friends, and $10 in free product for everyone that joins them who is over 18 and doesn't already have another Mary Kay Consultant. Here is the postcard I use for individual appointments: PERSONAL APPOINTMENT POSTCARD For those who know me already, guests at classe, or prospects who like having parities here is a great Hostess Packet! All you need to do is include a Look Book or two, maybe some samples of what's new. The name on it originally was Linda Rocha of Salina KS. But the author in the file properties is shown as Layne Yarbrough. So not sure who to give the credit. It is eleven pages long so give it plenty of time to load. But it will be well worth it! HOSTESS PACKET Here is the Hostess Letter I include... HOSTESS LETTER And I send along a guest list for them to return to me, because I will mail the invitations for them.When they return it to me within 48 hours they get a free lipstick.
