How Would You Like to Eliminate Postponements?

Postponements can happen year round heres a way to help avoid them.  This will only work if you do!

Why do Hostesses postpone?  Occasionally its for an actual emergency, but usually its because no one can come, right?  And why cant anyone come?  Because theyre not excited about the idea of attending.  We coach and coach our Hostesses on how to invite their guests, but you know most of them probably say, Want to come to a make-up party?  It doesnt sound too enthusiastic, does it?  Try this:

Tell your Hostess when you book the show that you will be calling in a few days to get her guest list, so that you can call each guest for background information that will help you during the show.  When you call each guest ask her for the information requ3ested from your customer profile.  Fill out the card as you talk to her.

Can you imagine how impressed you would be if a professional Beauty Consultant called you, asked all these questions, and then said, Im so looking forward to meeting you.  I know youll have a good time at the show and Im eager to help with any problems you might be having with your skin care and makeup routines.

Now the guests are really looking forward to coming, and should your Hostess have an emergency, youre much more likely to get one of the guests to hold the show.

Think of the impact when you hand out each womans card and it is already filled in for her.  Because youve talked with each guest, you can anticipate many of the questions and reactions that might otherwise trip you up.  And, best of all, they will be eager to have their private consultation with you.

I know that if youll take the 15 minutes extra for each show to call those guests, postponements will be minimal, attendance will be high and sales will be fantastic!
