This is it ladies.. we are in the last 5 weeks of our Mary Kay Year. Top Mighty Morrissettes are looking at that scoreboard of the Top 40!They are jockeying for their position.

Where do you want to be on Midnight.. Juenb 30th? Did you start the year saying.. This Year I WILL be among the TOP 3 in the Unit,

Or did you say.. This year I am going to Stretch and be in the top 5, or Top 10.

Or did you say.. This year .. I am going to make that Top 20! Or Top 30 Or Top 40!

I love this season of our MK Year. It is when the true Champions in us come out. It is when we Put the Pedal to the Medal and say.. NO MATTER WHAT!

It is when we decide not to listen to that little nagging voice in our head that says.. You cant do it.

It is when we are reminded that If we Dont take risks we will always work for someone who will.

It is OUR TIME.. It is OUR TIME TO POSSIBLY MAKE A NEW CHOICE.. A BIGGER AND BETTER CHOICE AND TO LIVE DARINGLY. TO TEST AND STRETCH OURSELVES BEYOND WHAT WE HAVE EVER DONE BEFORE.

It means walking the talk..and not just talking the talk. My MK Sales Director always used to tell us that..and she always said: I would rather wear out that Rust out!

What does that mean for you? What can you do right now in the next 19 Days to complete your Star consultant this quarter? You can look at that as only 21/2 week.. or you can look at it as 19 days.

I like the 19 days.. the odds are much better. What can you do every day for 19 days to make your Star happen.

Right now.. I want you to write down what you have already got in toward your Star. What do you have left to reach $1800. For sapphire, $2400 for Ruby, $3000 for Diamondand so on. Just hold onto that number for the next 15 minutes

Have you ever jump started an old water pump? You have to take that pump handle and pump and pump and pump until you are nearly sweating..and then all f a sudden the water begins to flow out of the pump. It now takes little to no effort to keep it going.

Have you ever Jump Started a car? Thru the use of jumper cables you have to use the clips and connect the car engine that is not willing to start.. to a car that is running welI. The energy moves from the strong car to the weak car..and now they are both running strong together. Let me be that Jump Start for you. Allow me to give you ideas that are proven to work.If YOU will.

I would like you to jot down these 20 ideas as I cover them..and then find the 3-5 that YOU feel you can begin putting in place tomorrow so that you can have a jump start for June. That means you can have you theme, your plans in place tomorrow and by Sunday, June 1st.. you wil be out your door off and running

#1. Schedule 20 on the go drop by appointments to show the new Summer products. You will need 15 minutes of her time to share the product, pamper her and get her opinion.

And Preferrably a sink with running water..

You need to create a take along tote that easily Carries your summer products ( the Organizer caddy that came with your MK Starter Kit Bag. ( the caddy is $15.. or you can order the bag and caddy for $35 on the consultant order form under Skin Care Class Supplies)
agenda will be: satin Hands with Honey Dew Satin Hands ( so bring a fresh white towel to dry her hands)

Sit down and use the Summer Product Smear sheet to
see the color of each of the 10 new True Dimensions Lipsticks, 5 mineral powder shadows. And the 4 MK at Play Liners, and4 lip balms. Show them out MK sunscreens and our after Sun replenishing Gel.
End with a little sprize of the new Journey of Dreams eau de toilette. ( She maybe would rather smell it on a cottonball tucked into a cello bag)

Get their opinion and ask if they were tempted by anything they used today!!

20 appointments at $50 each would be $1,000

#2. Hold 2-4 MK Summer Products Beauty Bar by Appointments and dont stop inviting until you have 6 guests coming to each. By the way.. offer $10 in free product for bringing a guest.. and the guest gets it too! $ 300 min.each = $1200 Women Love these partys .. girls just want to have fun.

#3. Hot Mamma Summer portfolio Call and set up 20 individual Hot mommas in June. At $50 each $1000
or at $100 each.. is $2000!

#4. Hot momma Summer portfoilio. Set up 6 parties with 4 at each.. if they bring a friend they each get $10 in free products. If they spend $50 each.. $1,200

#5. Go to my Unitnet traiing center and at the top is the idea of Business woman of the week. I love that! Find her, facial her, Network for her by advertising on facebook for her. Women Make up more than 1/3 of the self employed. And they launch businesses at double the rate of men.

Find 20 for June.. have them share their appoint with a friend for $20 in free products each.
Who .. first start in your client file. Who owns a business or works pretty independently. Realtor, Manicurist, Hairdresser, insurance agent, Financial Banker, Financial Advisor, owns a cleaning business,
artist, advertising sales agents, Yogurt Store owner,
window treatment expert, interior designer, Bakery Owner, upholsterer and designer, audo detailing, nannying, cake decorating, catering, cleanins services for business, computer troubleshooting, Event coordinator. Etc.
Years ago I had other self employed women ask me to trade MK for their products. I am not into trading services with other self employed women.. you can make that decision on your own but I feel you end up with things you dont really want so they can get the beautiful things they really want. There is no profit in that. You will not have the thrill of seeing your payment for the work done. Besides.. having all their stuff in my home doesnt pay my bills. Only the money taken in pays your bills. Once you begin doing this.. it depeleted your inventory. Remember 50% of everything you sell needs to go back into replacing that product that yousold. But you dont even have the 50%.. so your inventory begins to be depleted. Macys couldnt call
Nordstroms and trade dresses for jewelryand neither should you.

#7. 20 Hot Grandmas in June.. start calling now. $10 free products for inviting a friend..and the friend gets it too. $1000 - $4000 in sales

#8. 3 Botox in a Box parties with 3 at each. $1800 in sales. Who do you know who would enjoy a cutting edge skin care for maturing skin? Call and invite them.

#9. My very favorite.. Hair color portfolio..
5 blondes, 5 red heads, 5 brunettes, 5 silver fox, 5 ebony. Do Individual.. or Red Head party.. Or Brunette Party, or blond Party. 25 faces.. at $100 each is $2,500

#10. I love canvassing my neighborhood and doing a fun survey to see who is familiar with the Mk products.
I am your neighbor from down the street and we have never met. I just wanted to extend my business card to you to let you know that I am right here in the neighborhood if ever you should need my services.

Chat for a second. Are you familiar with MK? Have you tried their 2014 Skin Care and or Color line. I would be honored to be the one to spend 30 minutes pampering you.

#11. GO out and pass out your business card to 5 women every day for 5 days. Tape a penny on the back side and tell her that is she would like a pampering facial with you .. you would be honored..and she could get any eyeshadow for just 1 cent.
if 10 have a facial and spend &5.. that is $750!

#13. Call 10 women about a Fathers day gift for her husband. Ie. Suncare products, Skin care products, fragrance line. And YOU WILL WRAP FOR HER>

$50 each.. is $500

#14. Hold 3 Suncare parties. Use the sheets that I covered last week at meeting. They can be printed off the Training Center on Unit net. Think of all the products that have sunscreen in them..Page 16- 17 of Look Book

#15. Outdoor Spa footsie party. Satin Feet in childrens swimmingpool using the Lemon Pedicure set.. or better yet. The MK Satin Hands Sets. Tootsie rolls for toe dividers if you dont have any ( Call it footsie tootsie)

You have Grit!! Grit is the ability to hand with some goal long after the mood in which you set that goal has left you. Grit is being determined for the long run. This Month can take your business over the top.
